Your top bar that has all of your main user features like submit, control panel, etc. Well if you go up there you can click the " Customize " button which will bring you to your profile for customization. From there you can modify it using CSS and the works that will be in the upper right hand corner of your user bar. If you don't have much CSS knowledge ( like me ) you can just click on the "skins" button and choose from various premade skins from the artician staff.

Also you can modify individual modules in your profile by click the " Settings " buttons at the tops of them

Remember to exit customization ( by clicking the same button you clicked to enter it ) when you're done!
